Fork and Shovel

A program currently being piloted in Sonoma County, California, in which restaurants can source directly from organic producers. The platform enables producers to manage inventory levels for hundreds of varieties of crops and products; restaurants can reserve shipments. The general public can browse listings to identify restaurants who support locally harvested food and products.
