Kristee has 25 years experience in product development, user experience, design and management for innovative new digital products and applications. As a trained visual designer and key member on multiple executive management teams, she brings a unique perspective to product development.
In 1985, she pioneered the field of user experience as the co-founder of Apple Human Interface Group and as one of the principal designers of the Apple Multimedia Lab. As CCO, VP, Director, Creative Director, Art Director, Designer, and Manager, throughout the last 25 years, she has designed and delivered products across multiple media platforms and multiple channels to execute a vision.

Chad Clubb has been managing large scale Web application and software projects for over 13 years. In addition to project management, Chad has a strong background in usability, user experience, and interface design. This unique combination of manager/designer allows him to think both analytically and artistically when solving problems. Prior to Webficient, Chad managed projects for IAC (InterActive Corp), Ask.com, and Creditland, Inc. Chad is an avid traveler and has DJed in some of the world's top dance clubs.

Layton's passion for developing new ideas led him to leave his prior job at a large Web-based auction company to become an independent developer.

Over the years, Ben has maintained a focus on the design layer of web application development at such companies as SF Interactive, Credit.com, Pharsight, and Creditland. Ben also specializes in operations management with over 20 years experience spanning the arts and technology. He honed these skills in a previous theatrical career, as well as start-ups like Identity Theft 911 and his own company, Web for the Soul.

Andrew is a Web developer with over five years of experience in the industry. He started out his career by building and managing websites for various businesses in the South and then became a full-time freelancing/consulting. He has also contributed to various open source projects. Andrew often combines his digital photography skills with his love of weather to create stunning photographs, some of which have been featured in print.
